Guidelines:
- Available on first-come, first-served basis to anyone with a valid Connecticut library card
- 2-day checkout period
- Limit of one (1) pass per day, per family
- Return to lending desk, not in book drop or at another library
- $10/day overdue fine, up to $100 maximum
